Check a claim, not a person.
MBTI is a personality framework with four preference pairs. One letter from each pair makes a type code.
For example, INFJ stands for Introversion, Intuition, Feeling, and Judging.
You can use both sides of every pair, and situations influence how you behave. A type code is a starting point for reflection, not a rulebook for a person. No type is superior.
This guide does not identify your type, diagnose a condition, or calculate relationship compatibility. Ask people about their experience rather than assuming it from their letters.
